Dear members of the Connecticut College community,
Yesterday, we held an election to determine whether our Dining Services employees would be represented by a union. The majority of employees who participated in the election voted in favor of the union. The College respects our employees’ decision and will bargain in good faith with the union upon request. We thank everyone for their professionalism during this time, and look forward to continuing to provide our students with the best educational experience possible.
